Darius joined Radney on stage to perform “Just Call Me Lonesome,” a song that Darius said had a huge influence and effect on him and made him want to do country music.  The song was Radney’s debut single from his first solo album back in 1992.

Next up, Randy Houser and Darius rocked the stage performing the classic hit “Drift Away,” a chart topping song for Dobie Gray back in 1973.

Jake Owen and Darius had the crowd stomping their feet and clapping their hands when they broke into ” Dixieland Delight,” one of Alabama’s huge hits from the 80’s.

The next friend to join Darius on the stage was Jamey Johnson.  Darius and Jamey performed “In Color” before Jamey cranked out the Don Williams classic  “Tulsa Time.”

For the show’s grand finale Darius brought his entire entourage of friends, including last minute surprise guest Kid Rock, back on stage for a rousing rendition of “Family Tradition.”

“The friends joining me for this benefit concert all share the same dream I do for a cancer free world, but until that can happen, we need to raise awareness and funds for this incredible organization,” says Rucker.

Darius is a loyal St. Jude supporter who has visited patients at the hospital and performed at multiple events in support of the hospital’s lifesaving mission. After touring the facility in 2009, Darius vowed to create a personalized event that would raise money and awareness for St. Jude.
