ROCK HILL, SC — York County tourism officials say this weekend’s nationally televised football games fell short of projections in terms of economic impact. Economic forecasts have not yet been finalized, but officials say nearly 95-hundred tickets were sold, meaning both Northwestern and South Pointe High Schools could net an estimated 20-thousand dollars. Figures are expected to be finalized in the next two weeks.
