The 5th public hearing on redistricting for the 7th congressional seat in South Carolina was held last night at the Baxter Hood Center in Rock Hill. Sen. Glenn McConnell (R-Charleston), chair of the Senate Redistricting Subcommittee says that one of the criteria that will decide the district is media.
