Freshman Congressman Mick Mulvaney believes that the current spending cuts do not go far enough and believes  it should be closer to $9 trillion in spending cuts, and hopes to see structural and cultural changes in Washington.   Mulvaney was interviewed by FOX news about the budget and ongoing debate over raising the debt ceiling.
