ROCK HILL — A man is now banned — once again — from an Oakland Avenue bicycle shop. Police say 61-year-old David Defravio has once again been charged with trespassing after a police report says he walked into the College Cycles Bike Shop donned with a Halloween mask and dark clothing.
Defravio was issued a trespass notice nearly two years ago after he reportedly stole a bike from the store. The store’s owner told Defravio Friday to leave and that he was notifying the authorities.
