Comporium Communications donate truck to Habitat For Humanity

Rock Hill-based Comporium Communications donated a surplus vehicle to Habitat for Humanity Wednesday.

Comporium Senior Vice President for Sales and Business Services Gregory Austin says the vehicle donated to Habitat is a 2000 Ford E-250 van with about 170-thousand miles on it.

Tim Veeck, Executive Director for Habitat for Humanity in York County says the van will help Habitat with its new initiative.

Comporium periodically donates surplus vehicles to local non-profit organizations.
