A Rock Hill man was arrested Thursday and faces a total of 22 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
45-year-old Vaughn Alexander Springs of Chestnut Street was the subject of nearly a 2-month-long investigation after police say a family friend told Belmont, North Carolina police he saw images of child pornography on a laptop at the Chestnut Street home.
A Rock Hill police report says the family friend took the laptop back to Belmont and turned it over to detectives.
