The Big South Conference has added a 12th team to its coffers starting next year. 
Tuesday night on the Randy Peele show on WRHI, the Winthrop head basketball coach offered his take on the addition of a fourth team from Virginia to a conference where his team has had quite a history.

The Eagles have a had another tough season this year; they’re now 8 and 13 after a loss to Charleston Southern on the road Monday night.
