Family Trust first opened in that area 54 years ago in a storage room of the Rock Hill Printing and Finishing Plant.

Alan Aschenbrenner, a designer with 505 Design, says the new building will reflect Family Trust president and CEO Lee Gardner’s vision of being a catalyst for re-development.
