A Rock Hill teenager was arrested Monday after school officials and witnesses say he set off and thew fireworks inside South Pointe High School.
The 15-year-old was charged with distributing schools after school officials told police the fireworks were set off during a class change and later during a lunch period, police say.
An incident report says video surveillance saw students ducking for cover and running as the explosives were lit.
