Acoustic Performances Added to CMA Music Festival’s Nightly Concerts

The Nightly Concerts at LP Field during CMA Music Festival [1]just keep getting bigger. Two acoustic performances have been added to each of the four nights. CMA Music Festival takes place June 7-9 in downtown Nashville.
Kellie Pickler [2]and Lauren Alaina [3] will each take the stage acoustically on June 7. Randy Houser [4] and The Voice contestant Gwen Sebastian [5] will perform June 8 while Love and Theft [6] and Kip Moore [7] on June 9. Country Music Hall of Fame [8] member Bill Anderson [9] and Steel Magnolia [10] will take the stage on June 10.
During opening ceremonies June 7, David Nail [11] will perform his current single, “The Sound of a Million Dreams,” with the Nashville School of the Arts Chamber Choir under the direction of Walter Bitner. The choir has been a recipient of funds from CMA’s Keep the Music Playing program, which benefits music education in Metro Nashville Public Schools. GAC’s own Storme Warren [12] will serve as host that night as well.
The current lineups for the Nightly Concerts are as follows in alphabetical order:
Thursday, June 7: Jason Aldean [13], Glen Campbell [14], Lady Antebellum [15], Miranda Lambert [16], Brad Paisley [17], and Zac Brown Band [18]. National Anthem performed by the Nashville School of Arts Chamber Choir (under the direction of Walter Bitner)
Acoustic performances – Kellie Pickler and Lauren Alaina
Friday, June 8: The Band Perry [19], Brantley Gilbert [20], Ronnie Milsap [21], Jake Owen [22], Blake Shelton [23], and Carrie Underwood [24]. National Anthem Performed by the Oak Ridge Boys. [25]
Acoustic Performances – Randy Houser and Gwen Sebastian
Saturday, June 9: Luke Bryan [26], Eric Church [27], Hunter Hayes [28], Faith Hill [29], Little Big Town [30], and Kenny Rogers [31]. National Anthem performed by Julie Roberts [32].
Acoustic Performances – Love and Theft and Kip Moore
Sunday, June 10: Dierks Bentley [33], Alan Jackson [34], The Mavericks, Martina McBride [35], Scotty McCreery [36], and Rascal Flatts [37]. National Anthem performed by Sarah Darling [38].
