The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two men deputies believe killed a man over a drug deal gone bad. A news release says 21-year-old Stanley Melvin Reed of Lancaster and 19-year-old Keishawn Omar McManus of Lancaster are charged with the Wednesday murder of Timothy Wissinger. The release says the three were having a disagreement over a drug transaction, and that Reed shot Wessinger and caused him to drive off the road. Reed and McManus left the scene but were later taken into custody. The sheriff’s office says investigators found cocaine at McManus’ home Friday night, along with the handgun believed to have been used in the homicide.
