Cedar Fair closing Windseeker pending further testing

After multiple issues this summer, the parent company of Carowinds, Cedar Fair, has decided to place a temporary shutdown the ride at Carowinds and five others across the country.

Cedar Fair says the ride’s safety system was activated on more than one occasion for various reason, like on July 14th suspending 25 riders 30 feet in the air for two and a half hours.
