Taylor Swift to Co-Host GRAMMY Nominations Concert

Taylor Swift will co-host The GRAMMY Nominations Concert Live!! – Countdown To Music’s Biggest Night alongside LL Cool J, bringing the pair back together after co-hosting the first GRAMMY Nominations concert in 2008. Luke Bryan has also been added to the lineup for the one-hour special, joining previously-announced Maroon 5.

The show will announce GRAMMY nominations in several categories as well as feature performances by past GRAMMY winners and/or nominees. The concert will take place live for the first time at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn., on Wednesday, Dec. 5, and air on CBS at 10p|9c.

After the one-hour live telecast, guests will be treated to a one-hour exclusive concert by one of the evening’s performers, which be announced soon. Tickets for ‘The GRAMMY Nominations Concert Live!! — Countdown To Music’s Biggest Night’ are on sale now and are available online at or via Ticketmaster charge-by-phone lines at 800.745.3000.

The concert marks the fifth time nominations for the GRAMMY Awards will be announced live on primetime television. Last year’s live telecast was the biggest social event in the history of television at that time with 13 million social media comments with the conversation on Twitter reaching a record high at 160,341 tweets per minute.
