Rock Hill Police have made their fourth arrest in connection with a fatal shooting nearly three years ago outside the Cherry Road K-Mart.
35-year-old Pedro Meza of Charlotte was arrested Thursday and charged with murder, criminal conspiracy, attempted murder and assault with intent to kill.
Police say Meza shot and killed 36-year-od Hector Hezo after an argument over a 7-thousand dollar debt.
