Rock Hill’s ChristmasVille festival brings home more honors

Rock Hill’s ChristmasVille festival brought home several awards Monday at the North Carolina Association of Festivals and Events conference.

The festival, now in its eighth year, was named Best Overall Event of the Year for 2012 and received awards for the Photo of the Year and Event Brochure of the Year.

Miller credits the success of the festival to the people who work behind the scenes year-round to ensure its success.

Miller is also a Managing Partner of OTS Media, WRHI’s parent company.

The four-day festival, held each year the first weekend of December, centers around the art of Rock Hill artist Vernon Grant. The festival returns to Rock Hill Dec. 5-8, 2013.
