Easter Egg Classic kicks off Thursday afternoon in Rock Hill

Thousands will converge on Cherry Park tomorrow for WRHI’s 31st annual Great Easter Egg Classic.

Children ages 2-11 will be looking for 50,000 Easter Eggs spread across five softball fields.

OTS Media Managing Partner Allan Miller said the event recently set a Guinness record by spreading nearly 132,000 eggs.

So just how many people will be at this year’s Great Easter Egg Classic?

The Great Easter Egg Classic officially begins at 3:15 p.m. Thursday and concludes at 5:30 p.m

Miller said the event kicked off initially at Fewell Park.
