Former York County Councilman Optimistic About Park

Former York County Councilman Tom Smith says he’s optimistic that the current council will allow $250,000 to $275,000 in hospitality tax revenue to go toward building the proposed Crowder’s Creek Park in Lake Wylie.  The council has sent the matter to a committee, and Smith says he has met with councilmen Bump Roddey and Michael Johnson.
