Deputies: Missing man found safe early Thursday morning

A man missing for nearly 12 hours late Wednesday was found shortly after midnight Thursday.

Wednesday night, York County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Constable Trent Faris said 49-year-old Keith Hensley went missing around 1 p.m. near S.C. 49 and Parham Road.

Faris said family members were concerned for Hensley’s safety due to a recent brain aneurism that left him disoriented and with frequent memory loss.

Deputies activated a State Law Enforcement Division helicopter and a K-9 team.

In a statement just after midnight Thursday, Faris said Hensley was found safe.
