Lady Antebellum has earned their seventh career No. 1 single with “Downtown.” The fastest charting single of the trio’s career, the song has sold more than 500,000 digital downloads. “Downtown” also spent the last two weeks at No. 1 in Canada.

“Most of what the world has seen from Hillary from a radio single standpoint is this very sweet kind of style like ‘American Honey,’” Charles Kelley said. “But, she’s got a lot of sass and a lot of grit to her voice, too, so it’s been really fun to bring that out of her and have this kind of support from our fans and radio.”

“Downtown” is the lead single from the band’s new album, Golden, out May 7. Fans can catch Hillary Scott on NBC’s The Voice April 16 and April 22 when she joins Adam Levine as a guest mentor, helping prepare his team for the upcoming battle round.
