Carrie Underwood Added to Toby Keith’s Oklahoma Twister Relief Concert

Carrie Underwood, an Oklahoma native, has been added to the lineup for Toby Keith’s Oklahoma Twister Relief Concert set for July 6. Due to her previously-scheduled show at the Grand Ole Opry, Carrie’s performance will air via satellite from the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville to the Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium in Norman, Oklahoma.

Other artists set to perform to perform include Toby, Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson, Trisha Yearwood, Ronnie Dunn, Mel Tillis, John Anderson and Sammy Hagar. Tickets for the benefit concert went on sale June 21 and have sold out.

Additionally, Verizon Wireless will offer text-to-donate capabilities before, during and after the concert. Supporters can text the keyword REBUILD to 52000 to give an automatic $10 donation to the United Way of Central Oklahoma’s May Tornadoes Relief Fund now until after the show.
