Brantley Gilbert spends a lot of time on his tour bus traveling from show to show. To pass the time, he and his band watch a lot of movies.

“Every band has bus movies and I guess for us we had a couple of ‘em,” he said. “Trailer Park Boys was definitely one of our favorites. It’s like – you just have to watch it. That one and Run Ronnie Run. Nobody’s really heard of that movie but if you research it and find it, it’s worth watching.”

A lot of artists have video game consoles on their buses, but Brantley isn’t a fan. He used to play games like Madden Football, but now, he thinks games are too complex and high tech. “It’s like trying to figure out how to put together a hard drive on a computer,” he said. “I mean, those things are so complicated now, I stay away from them.”

Brantley’s latest single, “More Than Miles,” is in the Top 10 and still climbing. Fans can catch him as a special guest on Tim McGraw’s Two Lanes of Freedom Tour.
