Rock Hill tech firm firm launches crowdsourced urban renewal idea bank

A Rock-Hill based technology firm has introduced a tool that will allow anyone to participate in designing the potential future of their own community.

Reven Flo owner and president Jason Broadwater says Aday Remus allows people to prototype ideas for the use of space in existing buildings… and creatively describe what they want to do with it.

Broadwater called it crowdsourcing from the community.

Broadwater says the Aday Remus online technology focuses on urban districts because the country is shifting toward clean… walkable urbanism that is reflected in consistent trends in economic and real estate development.

Broadwater said anybody can use the tool.

The introduction of Aday Remus coincides with efforts by leaders in Rock Hill to redevelop the area that spans from downtown to Cherry Road including the former Bleachery property.
