Cowboy Jack Clement Dies at 82

GAC extends condolences to the family, friends and fans of “Cowboy” Jack Clement, who died today at 82. The songwriter, producer and Country Music Hall of Fame member was a much-loved and revered innovator in the music industry. The Tennessean  reports he died at his home in Nashville and suffered from liver cancer.
