A manufacturer of recycled polyester staple fiber products has announced that it will make a $45 million investment in Chester County to build a facility that will generate 318 new jobs.  JN Fibers’ new production plant will be headquartered in an existing building in Richburg.  That building will be upfitted and space will be added for a total of 600,000 square-feet.  The facility will recycle discarded soda and water bottles and transform them into recycled polyester staple fibers to be used in home textiles, furniture, upholstery and automotive industries.  The JN Fibers’ plant is expected to begin operations in the third quarter of next year and hire for new positions during the second quarter.
