Thomas Rhett has spent the summer playing for some of the biggest crowds of his career as a special guest on Jason Aldean’s Night Train Tour. The tour has given him the chance to introduce people to his music, including his current single “It Goes Like This,” while learning from one of country’s top entertainers.

“The tour with Jason has been a blessing,” Thomas said. “It’s been amazing being out there with a superstar like Jason and being on one of the biggest tours of the year.”

Thomas has used the opportunity to grow as an artist and performer, overcoming some early tour nerves in the process. “When we first started it was very intimidating,” he said. “And now I feel like I’ve grown very comfortable playing in arenas and playing in front of Jason’s crowd and really trying to win those people over. It’s been a once in a lifetime thing.”

The Night Train Tour runs through the end of October. Thomas will release his debut album, It Goes Like This, on October 29.
