Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood will host the CMA Awards which will air live on ABC from Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, November 6 at 8/7c and honors the biggest names in country music. CMA Country Christmas will tape on Friday, November 8 for an ABC special to air during the holiday season.

Exclusive pre-sale access for both events is available to subscribers of CMA’s free email newsletter CMA EXCLUSIVE, fans who like CMA on Facebook and those who follow @CountryMusic on Twitter.  Tickets for the CMA Awards start at $110 for Upper Level seating and tickets for CMA Country Christmas are $50 for Lower and Club Level reserved seating. Ticket prices include tax, but exclude applicable service fees.

CMA Country Christmas, which debuted in 2010, is a celebration of the season with country’s top stars performing their favorite holiday songs and sharing personal holiday traditions and memories. The audience for CMA Country Christmas is encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy to the taping to help make the holidays brighter for a child in need.

“We are hoping that our audience will get into the spirit of the season by bringing a toy for donation,” Ed Hardy, President of the CMA Board of Directors, said. “We are honored to utilize the Christmas special taping as an opportunity to shine a light on such a worthy endeavor. It is a perfect opportunity to give back to the community and reflects the values and heart of our artists and the industry.”

The Nashville-based, non-profit group Generosity will have volunteers on site with specially marked bins to collect the new, unwrapped toys to be distributed to homeless families during the holidays. Volunteers will start accepting toys on Friday, November 8 at 1 p.m. CT at the Bridgestone Arena. A ticket is not necessary to donate toys.
