Dolly was in the passenger seat of a Nissan Xterra driven by 68-year-old Judy Ogle. They were traveling eastbound on Kirkwood Avenue when a car driven by 64-year-old Diane Lish pulled into the intersection of Vaulx Lane. The two cars collided. A police investigation showed Lish failed to yield.
NewsChanne5.com adds Dolly and Ogle were taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and only suffered minor injuries. Lish was taken to Centennial Medical Center, also with minor injuries.
“I was in a fender bender this morning here in Nashville, but I am all good… Just a little tired and sore. Resting at home now!” Dolly tweeted today.
In other Dolly news, she recently announced she’s heading to Australia. She will take her Blue Smoke World Tour to Australia in February 2014. The tour is in support of Dolly’s latest album, Blue Smoke, with a release date to be announced soon.
