No matter how big your family gets, having leftovers from Thanksgiving dinner is inevitable. You cook so much food for Thanksgiving because you want to be sure that no one you love leaves the table hungry. The next day, however, your refrigerator is overflowing with Tupperware containers and Ziploc bags stuffed with leftovers.

Rather than simply reheat each dish individually, transform your leftovers into a delicious casserole with this quick and easy recipe.

Thanksgiving Leftovers for a 9×13 Casserole Dish:

  • Mashed potatoes or sweet potato casserole
  • Corn
  • Shredded turkey (boneless)
  • Gravy

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Layer baking 9×13 baking dish with leftover mashed potatoes or sweet potato casserole. Spread corn over the potato layer. Add shredded turkey on top of the corn. Pour gravy over the entire dish.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
