2013 has been an unforgettable year for Florida Georgia Line. The duo scored three consecutive No. 1 hits, won a slew of major awards and spent much of the year on the road, opening for Luke Bryan on his Dirt Road Diaries Tour and headlining their own tour. As 2014 fast approaches, they don’t feel pressure to try and top 2013.

“I think next year we’re gonna go in there feeling strong,” Tyler Hubbard said.  “We never really put pressure on ourselves. We just do what we love, write songs that we love, record songs that we love and try to make our live show the best that it can be. And that’s just what we do.”

2014 is already shaping up to be another big one for the pair, however. They plan to start work on their sophomore album and have already lined up a slot as special guest on Jason Aldean’s new tour

“We’re gonna have a lot of fun, play about 60 shows with him, do some headline stuff, record a new album and work as hard as we did this year,” Tyler said. “You know, fingers crossed, we can be here for a long time. We’re gonna have fun with it.”
