The York County Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit says it has arrested what it calls a small group of high-level drug dealers at six residences in the Oakridge area of Clover.
The raid called Operation Poison Oak involved numerous federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.
The drug enforcement unit says the investigation resulted in undercover purchases of large amounts of crack cocaine, marijuana and firearms.
It says many of the suspects who were arrested were armed during the drug transactions.
The suspects arrested today face a combined 56 charges of drug trafficking, selling firearms and attempted murder.
